Most of us have a choice each Sunday: Come to church, stay home, visit someone or just do whatever. Then, there are others who do not have that choice. Of course, we expect our minister to be here, as well as our song leader, pianist and organist. They cannot stay home due to illness, company coming, or for any other reason.
So, just recently, we have known that our organist has had trouble with her hand. This has been a trying time for her, even though she has been here most every Sunday.
Recuperating from her recent hand surgery, we have missed her and wish her a rapid recovery.
So, I tip my hat to you, Janice, and thank you for your determination to serve us and the church.
Wishing you “God Speed” in your complete recovery.
