Our Mary Clark is turning 106 on her Birthday, so if you have not mailed her a card, you still have time. Her birthday is the 18th of September. The card may be a little late, but the United States Postal system delivers regularly to her house and she loves receiving mail, even if it is a day late.
Our Mary has been a member of the First Christian Church here on 10th and Laurel for 63 years. After much prayerful thought, she found it necessary to move to Port Townsend, Washington to live with her son Kevin and his wife. Mary is happy there, and she gets the best care in the world. I think she does kind of miss us, and we certainly miss her. She stays in contact with several members, and at her age of 106, she is “as sharp as a tack”.
