Hello, my name is Dale Erbe. I am one of your Elders.
I would like to say that one of the reasons I joined the First Christian Church was because of the different ministries the church does locally. I have helped out at Open Arms on Tuesdays for a few years now. One time, when Carl Gene said he could not do the CUFF dinner and needed help, the Elders decided to take his place and made a spaghetti dinner. With about four or five gourmet chefs on hand, it went great. We received a lot of compliments on how the food tasted and how we served larger portions.
I would like to say these are just a couple of things that FCC does locally that make me want to boast about my church. It makes me proud to think of all this church has done in the past, is now doing in the present and, especially, what is in the future for our church.
Just think about it! What other day of the week do you get to get up, go out, and see so many smiling faces all at one place?
