Well, guys, we gotta tell ya, if you missed church last Sunday, you missed a chance to see our church “on the move”. With the Future Planners Class all sitting on the north side of the church, Jim asked the remaining south siders to switch to the north to kind of even up the church. They did; therefore, the pastor was left behind the podium on the south. He then gave up his pulpit and came north – he knew when he was outnumbered.
All in good spirits, the service continued with the Future Planners stepping into the choir loft and providing the “special music”. Song leader Dale even asked us to come back in about five years, so it must have made some kind of an impression on him. Also, in the very near future, you will be hearing the Kings Class with their special music, as well as more surprises from people who have “hidden talents”.
You just never know what will happen when the congregation gets with it. Thanks – it was with Christian love, and we enjoyed it.
