Women of the Independence First Christian Church met Tuesday, July 30th, at Ane Mae’s for a Dutch-treat lunch sponsored by the Christian Women’s Fellowship. With no business meetings in July and August, the group of 23 met for a fun-filled fellowship event and plan to meet Wednesday, September 4th, at 11:30 AM in the Church Fellowship Hall for a salad lunch, followed by their regular meeting. Hosts of the meeting will be Virginia and Laura, with Darlene bringing the lesson, Phyllis the devotion, and Linda the least coin.
All women are encouraged to attend.
