Women of the First Christian Church, along with family, friends and loved ones, celebrated the Christian Women’s Fellowship annual Mother/Daughter banquet on Wednesday, the 1st day of May. Table decorations by Sue were beautiful hats of long ago.
Group Leader, Norma, welcomed the group, with Shirley giving the blessing for the salad and fried chicken dinner. A reading, entitled “Warnings and Threats from Our Moms” was given by Judy. Phyllis, as the Entertainment Chairperson, presented Claire and Grace and their music instructor, Theresa (all from Fredonia), who provided songs of inspiration and love for the event.
The evening concluded with the Christian Women’s Fellowship benediction.
