Memorials

For the next few weeks, we will be remembering and recalling the loss of close family members and loved ones, as well as remembering those individuals who helped serve and protect the freedoms we enjoy in this country, for this is the time of year that we and all Americans reconnect and reflect upon the history of our country and our church.

It causes us to give thought to our history, our values and our future, what made our church and this country so great, and what we can do to help sustain and keep a Godly focus in all we say and do.

We reminisce about all the good ministries that FCC has offered to the community of Independence.  We commemorate all those honored veterans and soldiers who put their lives on the line in order to preserve our country’s  standards.

Over the next few weeks, we will remember and memorialize all those saints and all those soldiers who have gone on before us, who fought so bravely and gave their lives for the freedoms of our country and for the freedom of expressing our faith openly and unencumbered.

So, let us continue to honor and support these faithful servants as we recognize all the great values and virtues that these past saints and soldiers gave us.

Help us continue to be a blessing to others, as the Lord has already been a blessing to us.
