Christmas gifts of love are coming back in style. When you think of it, why did they ever go out of style? They don’t cost a cent, they don’t require hard work. You don’t even have to wrap them, and you have a really good feeling inside when you have given a “gift of love”.
We all know people who need a “gift of love”. Sometimes, it’s just a pat on the back, encouragement for a job well done, a ride to the grocery store, lunch at McDonald’s, a warm meal to a shut in, a telephone call, a smile… I think you get the idea.
Christmas is a lonely time for so many people, and most of us have too much. I would like to challenge you to come up with some creative ways to give “gifts of love” to as many people as you can this Christmas season. You will be surprised at the blessings you receive.
The magic of Christmas never ends, and its greatest of gifts are family and friends.
